Blue Tint in one of the monitors, how to fix it?

Feb 14, 2018 · The title says it all. My screen displays all colors but overall it has some sort of blue tint. For example, if I see a black and white photo on my screen you can clearly see it isn't 100% black and white but it also has some kind of blue tint over it. It's hard to explain but I hope someone can help me fix this.

Sep 2, 2017 · I messed around with the RGB values under Color Enhancement for a while, trying to match plain blue (0,0,255) on my phone. In the end I couldn't quite make it match although it's pretty close. When comparing between red or green, my computer color in comparison to my phone or iPad just looks slightly faded/washed out.

I've tried restarting my laptop, updating and reinstalling graphics drivers and turned my laptop off for upwards of 1 hour to see if this would fix the issue and it didn't.
