If you purchased additional batteries for the camera is is possible they are not Canon genuine batteries, as there are quite a lot of "compatible" batteries that actually aren't 100% compatible and in such case the camera might not show the battery status.

Nov 26, 2024 · On my old G7x mark ii the "c" continuous timer allowed for me to take up to 10 shots slowly so the subject could adjust between the 10 timer photos. On my new G7x mark iii it takes the 10 photos rapid fire. Can I change this so my mark iii is more like my old mark ii?
