Promotion effective date will be 1st February 2025, you will get eletter along with updated MyPay by mid of February. New CTC will be effective from February. Check for your allocation start date when you receive the new SO allocation email.

1. No chances of getting promoted if your HCM is not aligned and not creating PE SO for you. If HCM is aligned and creates a PE SO, then it might take a month for promotion process to happen (P.S. promotions from A and above are frozen for the quarter). 2. Promotion increment could be between 6 to 12% depending on cctc. 3. That is a grey area.

Jun 4, 2023 · After joining as PA, She told me you need to Year End ratings with 4/5. Then you can ask for promotion. In my case, i joined in July 2022, got 4 rating in Year end and one more 4 rating in 2023 end would make me eligible for promotion in 2024 starting.
