Single Player: Borderlands 2 (does have multiplayer tho), Halo Infinite (Though the MCC is overall better with more content, but it's more linear), GTAV, and Red Dead Redemption 2 (While immaculate games, they were primarily designed as third person shooters, but they also have good first person shooting).

Jun 14, 2020 · No, it is not. I would consider a first-person shooter to be a first-person, typically 3D game with an emphasis on combat. While Portal complies with most of these, there's no combat, which is why I would be hesitant to call it an FPS, or, at least, a "traditional" FPS. I guess deactivating turrets could be combat, but that's a looooong stretch.
