It does display anything that was hard formatted on the document--such as a church logo. I have connected my printer to my laptop and the documents print perfectly--so I don't believe the problem is with the printer.

I tried disconnecting the ethernet cable from the PC to the router and going on wifi only. I tried it first after first deleting the old printer driver, then after reinstalling the printer driver again the normal windows way.
