Terrible Video and Sound Quality for MLB The Show
Apr 1, 2023 · My graphics during games in MLB stadiums are terrible. The entire game is low quality and it becomes very difficult to play. It also dramatically effects my audio where the commentary is so choppy it just becomes ineligible.

Runs the game at 4K HDR @ 120Hz over HDMI 2.1 and it looks great. Only dips under 120 (according to monitor's FPS counter) happen during cutscenes (e.g. batter in the box), but solid 120 Hz during actual gameplay. I have a LG CX with a ps5 and series x.

Apr 4, 2023 · I don't know why, but all sports games have terrible graphics. MLB 2023 might as well be on PS3/X360. Same with Madden and EA PGA Tour that just released. They all have really, really bad visual fidelity.
Is there a Resolution vs Graphics mode option on Xbox Series X/S?

Jun 17, 2021 · Neither Series X or Series S have graphics settings like Xbox One X and PS4 Pro do. The game is always rendering internally at a native 4K (Series X) or 1080p (Series S) regardless of what you have your console set to.

Jul 30, 2021 · Much smoother graphics and things like pinpoint are much more consistent. The easiest way for me to notice the difference is throwing a splitter or forkball. No matter what I did on Series X I could not do it with any accuracy...but I can easily on PS5.
