Petit Kitsch Ribs Une petite portion de côtes de porc français marinées dans une sauce fumée et épicée, cuites à la bière pendant cinq heures, puis nappées d’une sauce barbecue maison et saupoudrées de graines de sésame rôties. Accompagnée de frites et d’une petite salade.
