At the end of the day it was coming down to a too big a learning curve and too time consuming to do this from scratch and these files might have given me a quicker way to get to the end result.

Sep 20, 2017 · Revit will only deal with these CAD formats -. Take the OBJ and Import it into 3DS Max. From there then you can Export it to DWG. That can then be brought into Revit. The options would be to Link to a Project, Import to a Family and then load into a Project, or Import to a Project. BTW they are listed in order of advisability.
