May 26, 2011 · Okay, I've been eating a lot of ramen noodle as my post workout meal. I will explain my cooking method shortly. I'm just wondering if this meal that I'm eating is a good source of bulking and preworkout meal? Okay, here is the cooking method I use for my noodles: I uses a mama instant noodles (pork/shrimp flavors).

Feb 8, 2006 · if you are bulking, then ramen noodles are a great source of carbs. they taste great, are cheap, and are impossible to get sick of. if you are cutting then they are fine for breakfast as long as you have no fat in that meal and dont eat any fat for the next 3 hours and same goes for PPWO meal. 02-08-2006, 06:32 PM #14.

Nov 18, 2009 · Does anybody else include ramen noodles as a good part of their diet. I do and the nutrition facts for it look pretty good other than all the sodium. Plus its really cheap.

Feb 18, 2012 · It's not like this would be the only thing eaten. I eat 200g of protein a day. This just looks like it would be something very interesting to put in to a persons diet. It has other names such as the miracle noodle. It has tofu and stuff in it. All google searches talk highly of it but I just want to make sure it won't work against me.

Jul 12, 2009 · Since they're cheap, and I'm sick of rice and whole wheat bread, I'm considering trying the following for some carbs during my bulk: Maggi 2 minute noodles (Baked not fried, 99% fat free) - 307 cals. - 9.4 grams protein. - 2.2 grams fat. - 61 grams carbs (2.3 grams sugar) - 1260 mg sodium. If you're cutting, you might want to try the tuna packed in water (approx. same protein, half the calories).
