Rotating Map in Mapbook 08 - Autodesk Community
Jan 4, 2008 · I've looked online, but I can't find any answers. I'm having trouble creating a map book where north is rotated in the view. I've tried using ucsfollow, and the ucs command to rotate the map correctly, but when I try to create the map book the map doesn't show up in the main viewport. Does anyone know how to rotate the map when creating a map book?

Thanks for your help, David AutoCAD Map 3D 2010/2011 Solved: I'm working on a map (north is up). It fits better on an 11 X 17 sheet if it's tilted a bit, which I can do in a layout viewport.

The new ArcGIS interface is quite a bit different from the old version that I have used and I can't figure out how to "clip" the aerial photo (and possibly increase the resolution like we can in AutoCAD) so that I can print it.
