X/Touring: sunroof etc. R: became the "base" later on if I understand correctly. RB: cheapest model. RS: changes to suspension, diff, gears, for improved performance. RZ: Like RS but even more track oriented (no back seats etc) Bathurst: different variants exists, but basically suspension things and unique colors. Spirit R: the last models made.

Jan 1, 2023 · Basic maintenance is more plentiful compared to a normal car of the same era. Oil changes, spark plugs and coolant replacement should be done regularly and religiously. But compared to a modern car such as a newer M3, the parts and fluids are actually quite cheap. Long term maintenance is what gets you on a factory FD.

Oct 11, 2023 · A FC is about 10k, and FD is 30k. Also the FD motor is a lot less reliable stock due to turbo charging. That’s why you see tons of LS Fds. As far as drifting is concerned, you can probably use either but given that FDs are more desirable and might appreciate further, I’d personally be more willing to ding up an FC. -4.
