Oct 26, 2024 · I am logged into the PC with a separate work account and was testing a new user in office.com, and was getting the "censored" blurry screen also. Thanks to Eating Bacon below for suggesting a setting and the above was the first thing I tried. My privacy setting is set to the strict for info. Hope this helps someone else too. Thank you so much!

However, in addition to turning off Hardware Acceleration, I have turned off all of the energy savings, and sleep settings, yet the issue persists. Oct 24, 2021 · The issue is that whenever I hover my mouse over options and buttons on the screen, parts of the screen start to get blurred and pixelated as shown in the image below. If i click around the blurred area it gets normal again. I had the problem in the widgets panel but turns out it moved to MS teams.

Feb 7, 2021 · The application windows of Outlook, Word and Excel are blurry. This is Office365 proplus on Windows 10 build 2004. It only started happen today. All other software applications works fine, even Microsoft Teams works fine. So it's not a monitor or screen resolution issue. problem only happens to these few office apps.

Mar 10, 2022 · For what it's worth, I found a discussion on reddit (won't link in case that's not allowed, but it's called "Suddenly screen sharing is all blurry" in r/MicrosoftTeams), where a user suggested logging out and logging back into Teams. Apparently, there can be an issue with profile cache. This worked for me! Best of luck.
