It was removed from broadcast after 200 and 201 aired when Revolution Muslim issued death threats to Matt and Trey for depicting Muhammed. On the positive side, we got John Stewart to sing a song telling Revolution Muslim to fuck themselves.

The 6th one might have been removed due to a mix up with "Super Best Friends". Why 7 and 8 are blocked is anyone's guess. The Biggest Douche in the Universe (S06 E15) was blocked for a while, but has since been restored.
