Dec 8, 2020 · Give us access to uploading gifs or something similar to wallpaper engine where people can share backgrounds. Quite literally that would satisfy most people on that regard and allow more time to develop solid backgrounds that you can only get on Xbox.

The animated backgrounds are custom DX12 shaders so you can't just make them out of videos or pictures, even if you had the tools to create your own (which you do not). Reply. SEspider. •.
